How addictive are amphetamines after just one use? Is it more addictive than cocaine?

I am supposed to be a part of a psychiatric study that involves 2 PET Scans and an MRI. Prior to one of these scans, I will be injected with a small dose of amphetamines. I am worried that I will become addicted. I do not have a history of drug addiction and my family does not have a history of addiction. Should I pull out of the study?
