Obama and Clinton have done cocaine so why isn’t it legal yet?

(this is just to name a few people but believe me, 88% of all our world’s leaders in wide spectrum of fields have used cocaine)
Cocaine is all natural and has been used for centuries. Research shows that cocaine has no long term negative effects. Our great leaders have used it so why isn’t it legal yet?? That’s what I want to know.
