@malakas582 i have to dissagree, the tar in the smoke does make cardio a little worse in my opinion. smoke for a month run 3 miles then quit for a month n run 3 more. itll be alot easier trust me. you can only really tell when you really work hard though for most daily activities it doesnt matter its only really for competitive phisical stuff like cross country or something where it makes a difference. but yea i smoke weed all the time too and also am fit and do good in school so i agree mostly
