Have Bush’s salivary glands shutdown again?

I’ve noticed, in his last couple of speaches, that he has to run his tongue between his lips and teeth quite often. Is that due to fear or is it a side effect of his cocaine abuse?
dogsprcl, I didn’t realize that salivary glands had anything to do with spelling ability. Apparently Yanswers didn’t either. Do you have something to say; or do is your only game trying to pretend to be superior.?
