Obama said that he has experimented with drugs, who has not in this day and age. Remember that cigs, soda and coffee all contain drugs before you cast the first stone. Where is the documentation regarding the felonious friends? The church issue is a very thin thread.

Cindi’s story is a little different. No where did I read about her surgery. It is well documented that she was the president of a charity that helped sick, terminally ill and dying children. She stole the drugs perocet and vicodin from this charity and was taking up to 20 pills a day. That is a very high tolerance and she had to have been doing it for a long time before she got caught red handed stealing medicine from sick and dying kids on Aug 6,1996, by the DEA. Which, the AZ newspapers reported saying she abused her husbands office and diplomatic privilege by transporting drugs overseas. Cindi served no time.
In my opinion, Cindi McCain is a scum bag and the old gentleman is no better having run out on his disabled wife.

He admitted to trying drugs…like most people have done at some point or another. No excuses and he admitted it. But get it straight, he was not a drug addict, prescription or otherwise. Also, he didn’t steal from one of his pet projects/charities relative to any addiction.

The fact remains that Cindy McCain was a HOOKED druggie. It’s very nice that she has recovered.

She stole drugs from a charity is why and while she had three children in her care…McCain was in Washington for much of this time and supposedly knew nothing about it. I do not know how that can occur since it is so easy to see. we recently had to tell a coworker that he was not fooling anyone and had to threaten him with disclosure if he didn’t stop…(to save his job)

You know, if any inner city poor person was caught doing this there would be JAIL time and they would lose their kids! They would also not have the clout to attack the co-worker who first tried to get her to stop and then ratted her out. (Read up on how the McCains went after this man and decide for yourself what it means in terms of character!)

She came out with the Betty Ford defense only because she was exposed BTW…Also if he didn’t know about something like this…

Truth does not equal a smear! How can we judge someone without the facts?

You know typically I have said that this kind of smear politics isn’t something we should be engaging in. But you know what, after all the smears that the GOP has come out with that have no factual basis such as Obama took his oath on the Qu’ran and his real name is Barry Mohammad – guess what its our turn to smear.

The difference between our smears and yours, is that ours are true. Wait a few weeks, and you will be hearing all about the Keating 5, John McCain’s changes in voting record, how he told one group of young people he thought gay marriage should be decided at the state level then on the same DAY told a group of Christians he wanted a constitutional amendment banning it etc.

I know, every delinquent I ever knew, was involved with illegal drugs. My own mother, after back surgery, had to seek treatment to wean off pain killers.

i think i understand what u tried to ask. and ill tell u that i have never attacked cindy because of her past drug use. i recognize that more americans than would care to admit, have been addicted to some drug at some point in their lives.
