How come all drugs are dangerous?

Why can’t there be a drug that stimulates you like cocaine or heroin but doesn’t have the adverse effects? And I don’t want a bunch of moron hippies telling me that marijuana isn’t dangerous, because any of my numerous pot head friends with mental health problems can tell you otherwise.

Technically the drugs aren’t dangerous, it’s the side effects. Bottom line is; when you use ANY drug, you are creating a chemical reaction for a purpose, whether it be recreational or for health.

Well you are correct, all “drugs” have “side effects.”

We are created with a beginning and an end. How we live our lives determines what happens between. In my opinion, any substance used to speed up rather than maintain healthy function takes away the end times of your life.

If you are looking for energy, try taking vitamins and/or eating healthy, exercising. For an immediate boost tr stretching and doing a handstand or going for a walk in fresh air.

Because for the drugs to work, they have to be causing a strong chemical reaction on your brain. It’s very difficult to find the correct concoction of chemicals which will have a perception altering effect on your brain which don’t have adverse side effects.

While one day such a drug may be found, it just hasn’t been found yet.

Morons? That was rude. Pot is pretty harmless. Why don’t you just drink strong coffee, or tea? Maybe you are the moron here, cause you WANT to do drugs. Duh???

It has a lot to do with the people who are taking the drugs, and our social problems. People who are taking drugs are trying to escape reality. They do it because they are screwed up and nothing else will fix them. They try to fill in the blanks with something else. Its the same reason why some people eat until they are enormous or try to control other people, or spend money on stupid crap while they are losing their homes.

I broke down once off an indian reservation with all of my valuables in my car (I was driving cross country). There were junkies and drunks roaming around everywhere in the middle of the night. I was afraid and decided to just take a couple of things because I was a female alone and didnt want to draw attention to myself. To my amazement the next morning nothing was missing, even though I couldn’t lock my doors. This is what makes me think it is a social problem, and it has more to do with us than the actual drugs thank we think. The people are dangerous before they take the drugs, the drugs just make the problem worse.

And yes, I do agree with you, I think they are lacing the weed these days to make it more addictive. There are plenty of drugs that stimulate you without side effects but they don’t get any attention if they aren’t addictive. People like to pay attention to the negative.

drugs are dangerous cause of the bad side effects/reactions that take place in your body. and if you want a stimulant take a steroid.

Just look at lindsay lohan and britney spears
