How is it used?
Cocaine can be snorted or dissolved in water and injected. Crack can be smoked.
What are its short-term effects?
Short-term effects of cocaine include constricted peripheral blood vessels, dilated pupils, increased temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, insomnia, loss of appetite, feelings of restlessness, irritability, and anxiety. Duration of cocaine’s immediate euphoric effects, which include energy, reduced fatigue, and mental clarity, depends on how it is used. The faster the absorption, the more intense the high. However, the faster the absorption, the shorter the high lasts.The high from snorting may last 15 to 30 minutes, while that from smoking may last 5 to 10 minutes. Cocaine’s effects are short lived, and once the drug leaves the brain, the user experiences a “coke crash” that includes depression, irritability, and fatigue.
What are its long-term effects?
High doses of cocaine and/or prolonged use can trigger paranoia. Smoking crack cocaine can produce a particularly aggressive paranoid behavior in users. When addicted individuals stop using cocaine, they often become depressed. Prolonged cocaine snorting can result in ulceration of the mucous membrane of the nose.

Immediate effects
Many people have experienced the following effects soon after taking ecstasy:

increased heart rate, body temperature and blood pressure;
increased confidence;
jaw clenching, teeth grinding;
feelings of well-being;
nausea;
feelings of closeness to others, hence the term ‘love drug’;

loss of appetite; and
sweating.

The plateau: where the user may feel good, happy and relaxed.

Short-term effects of using marijuana include:

Sleepiness

Difficulty keeping track of time, impaired or reduced short-term memory

Reduced ability to perform tasks requiring concentration and coordination, such as driving a car

Increased heart rate

Potential cardiac dangers for those with preexisting heart disease

Bloodshot eyes

Dry mouth and throat

Decreased social inhibitions

Paranoia, hallucinations

Impaired or reduced short-term memory

Impaired or reduced comprehension

Altered motivation and cognition, making the acquisition of new information difficult

Psychological dependence

Impairments in learning, memory, perception, and judgment – difficulty speaking, listening effectively, thinking, retaining knowledge, problem solving, and forming concepts

Intense anxiety or panic attacks

Long-term effects of using marijuana include:

Enhanced cancer risk

Decrease in testosterone levels and lower sperm counts for men

Increase in testosterone levels for women and increased risk of infertility

Diminished or extinguished sexual pleasure

Psychological dependence requiring more of the drug to get the same effect

I have tried cocaine, but not in a long time and it didn’t really have any effect on me. Haven’t had the opportunity to try ecstasy.

Tried coke, waste of money, think of weed and allot of caffeine with a disgusting taste in the back of your throat and burning nose and eye. And ecstasy is a waste of brain cells, might as well start chugging what’s in the cleaning closet. Ecstasy is far more intense than marijuana.

Try some shrooms or peyote instead.

I remember going to 2826 (now Club Dada) in Deep Ellum, in Dallas.
There was a big sign behind the bar:
MDMA – $10.00
You could literally buy a hit at the bar. Of course this was circa 1985, and things have changed..

But to answer your question. YES!!
I’ve tried, and Yes! They are far more intense than marijuana.

Unlike weed, which actually gives an intoxicating affect, Cocaine will not make you (necessarily) feel intoxicated, but will give you a sense of energy that is beyond your normal energy level. And keep you up all night. Regular users will find their tolerance increase, and their s’mores (need some more) coming quicker.

Ecstasy also known as E, Adam, Essence, XTC, MDA, MDMA, the “hug drug” or “love drug” not only give an intoxicating affect, but the “peak” period lasts about 4 or 6 hours, in which your euphoria is beyond anything you can imagine. XTC like LSD are not addictive.
I’m not saying this to encourage use, but only to answer the question. Now, that may seem like a VERY irresponsible statement. But, according to many studies including one from Hartford, and from MDMA.net XTC is not addictive, but is very harmful.

oh my god yes…………..cocaine gives this slow motion effect .like if you put your hand past your face it goes slow and i saw a rainbow looking at the ceiling……and excasty ….well sh it lets see…….i saw tunnels and and thats about it. on some really screwed up pot i heard people echoeing and i was eating off the floor…. and i thought bugs were crawling in my skin……all bad drugs to dont suggest them ….DONT DO THEM!!!!!!!!

Cocaine is far more intense than maijuana and far more addictive. It’s bad news. (that comes from experience)
Have never tried ecstasy, but a pharmacist told me it messes with your spinal fluid. That’s why people who do a lot of it get a hunchback. Does not sound worth trying.
Marijuana is fun and relatively harmless.
